What is your cancellation policy?
I know life happens, and I appreciate as much notice as possible so I can offer your spot to someone else.
-more than 72 hours' notice: no charge
-between 24 and 72 hours' notice: 50% of your booked service
-Less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show: 100% of your booked service.
